A growing food company is searching for an Sanitation Manager in Lake Mills, IA. Manage, oversee, train and evaluate Sanitation Employees. Perform and monitor operation of all Clean in Place (CIP) systems including: washer temperatures, pressures, conductivity tests, silos levels and egg temperatures. Troubleshoot mechanical problems. Responsible for: overall cleaning of facility and grounds. Assemble and disassemble equipment, clean with high pressure water and perform general janitorial cleaning. Maintain and enforce all Sanitation, LOTO, Fall Protection, Confined Space and General Safety Procedures.

In return, the company offers a good starting salary, benefits and relocation if necessary.

Salary range for this position is $60-80k

Qualifications & Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree REQUIRED
-3-5 years' experience in Sanitation management REQUIRED
-Experience in CIP Systems REQUIRED
-Knowledge of basic chemical usage and safety REQUIRED
-Mechanical, electrical and plumbing knowledge
-Ability to use high pressure hose.
-Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely
-Ability to use floor cleaning and refinishing equipment
-Bilingual Skills: Spanish/English
