Supported Community Living Supervisor - Lake Mills, Iowa

One Vision provides services in 30 Iowa communities, including Clear Lake, Mason City, Garner, Forest City, Osage, Eagle Grove, Webster City, Fort Dodge, and Humboldt.
Responsible for the oversight of quality services within assigned area. Responsible for the utilization of and supervision of employees within assigned area. Responsible for outcome coordinator duties of coordinating, integrating, and monitoring the Life Plan for assigned persons served to ensure their needs are met. Ensures persons served are safe and their personal welfare and rights are supported and respected. Ensures that services provided and daily operations comply with federal, state, national accreditation, and Opportunity Village policies, procedures, practices, and guidelines.
We are currently hiring for Supported Community Living Supervisor in Lake Mills, Iowa
Education and Experience Requirements:
1. BA/BS degree in a human service related field or RN license with 1 year of verifiable experience in supporting individuals with disabilities, or
2. A High School education or GED with 4 years verifiable experience in supporting individuals with disabilities.
3. Depending on job and team assignment, must possess an up to date and verifiable certified medication aide or medication manager certificate from an approved Iowa institution. Depending on job assignment, an in home medication support approval will suffice.
4. Past verifiable leadership and/or supervisor experience preferred.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
